Maia

I’m a mother, animal lover, and veteran Barre instructor. I’ve been living and breathing Barre for almost ten years.

I began as a client while living on the west coast. After a year of taking class 4 to 6 times a week, I was asked to join an elite teaching team at a local Barre studio. After relocating to Middle Tennessee, I took my love of Barre to the next level and purchased an existing studio. As a Master Instructor, I have taught over 3000 classes.

I didn’t start this way. I always desired to live a healthy lifestyle, but Barre was the only exercise routine that I could stick to, and it’s still my bread and butter.

During Covid, I began training clients one-on-one out of necessity. However, I found that in this way, both myself and the client got so much more from the sessions.

I’m thrilled to now have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients full time.

Specialities & Trainings

My specialty is working with women over 40 on an individual and small group basis to gain the strength and confidence that I have experienced through movement.

As an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, 200 Level Yoga Instructor, and Barre expert, you know you're in good hands.

I want to share my passion with you through simple, safe, effective, and fun exercise. My instruction and adjustments are clear and descriptive, so that you feel your muscles in a way you never have—and get results.

You’re also just as likely to encounter pop culture references and inside jokes as you are to experience “aha moments” of muscle engagement. I can’t wait to meet you!
