Workout Descriptions
Barre
Our Barre workots are deliberate, supportive, fun, and form-focused, so that you get the most from it. Our Barre format, while based on The Lotte Berk Method, are completely unique from other Barre that you may have tried.
In our Barre workouts, expect to utilize your body weight, the ballet barre, light weights, and a few props to gain strength, flexibility, posture, and core engagement.
You will leave feeling strong in body and mind, ready to take on whatever life throws at you.
Cardio
Our Cardio workout was designed to work your heart and get you sweating—without running or jumping.
This low impact format works you aerobically just as hard as you want to work, without any impact.
Expect a twist on what you may see in an old school aerobics class, plus favorite exercises like Mountain Climbers barre-ified with no impact, fused with classic Barre exercises.
You will truly sculpt AND sweat, while being easy on your joints.
Flow
For when you want to slow it down and connect with your breath.
Our Flow format draws inspiration from either Vinyasa-style yoga, with our signature crystal-clear instruction and focus on safety, or a modified Restorative Yoga experience to fully relax.
Either way, the result is a calming-yet-energizing experience that you know benefits your body and mind.
Love from our clients
“The whole-body workout is a great complement to my running. Maia gives constant feedback for improvement and to prevent injury. The workout itself is challenging but not so awful that I dread it. Maia is so friendly, and it’s genuine. Mind and body, I feel so much better after class. Thanks Maia for all you do! I highly recommend!”
“Maia is so welcoming and accommodating. The workouts are tough no matter how long you have been taking classes, which I love. Maia always finds fun ways to switch up the class routines to keep it interesting.”
